Cookie & tracking policy
Effective 5 October 2026
1. Essential technologies
NEXA uses essential cookies or equivalent storage for authentication, security, checkout continuity, remembering your privacy choice and sessions for features you explicitly request. A temporary referral-dashboard session may also be stored after you verify your email so you can access that requested service. These technologies are not used for advertising.
2. Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, NEXA sets first-party visitor and short session identifiers. They help us understand unique visits, page views, entry pages, external referrers, approximate country/region/city, device type, browser and operating system. The identifiers are random and are stored in the database only as one-way hashes.
If you are signed in, an analytics session may be associated with your NEXA user ID. Raw IP address and raw user-agent details are automatically cleared after 30 days. Visitor-session and pageview analytics are removed after 90 days. Token-bearing portals, administration, account, profile, support, login and password-recovery routes are excluded from this visitor tracking.
3. Optional referral attribution
If you follow a NEXA referral link and allow referral attribution, a first-party referral cookie may remember the valid referral code for up to 30 days. This allows a later qualifying approved software purchase to be attributed to the referrer. If you reject this category, NEXA does not set that attribution cookie and a later purchase may not be credited to the referrer.
4. Live market content
NEXA displays TradingView charts, headlines, calendars and market widgets as part of the live-market experience. These features are available regardless of your NEXA analytics or referral-cookie choice. When they load, your browser connects to TradingView and that provider may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser data.
5. Security and network-intelligence services
NEXA may use security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile on protected forms. Where used, those checks are for fraud, abuse and automated-bot prevention rather than behavioural advertising. In the restricted primary-owner visitor dashboard, a retained analytics IP may also be checked against IPLogs to classify VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting/datacenter and ASN/ISP risk signals. The result is advisory and is not treated as proof of a visitor's physical location, identity or wrongdoing.
6. No advertising trackers currently
NEXA does not currently enable advertising or behavioural-marketing trackers through this consent system. If a materially new tracking purpose is introduced, the consent version will be changed and a new choice will be requested rather than treating an older choice as permission for the new purpose.
7. Change your choice
You can reopen the settings at any time. Turning analytics off clears the optional NEXA visitor and session cookies from the browser. Turning referral attribution off clears the NEXA referral-attribution cookie. Records already required for security, orders, accounting, disputes or other legitimate operational purposes are governed by the Privacy Policy.
