Automated trading involves substantial risk. Results can vary significantly with market conditions, leverage, broker execution and settings. No NEXA product can eliminate market, broker, execution or technology risk.

1. No financial advice

NEXAALGOBOTS.COM supplies software tools for self-directed users. We do not provide personalised investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice and we do not decide which trades you should take.

2. No custody or account management

We do not receive, hold, invest or manage customer trading capital. We do not operate customer brokerage accounts or exercise trading discretion on a customer's behalf. Your brokerage account remains with your chosen independent broker and under your control.

3. Automated trading can react quickly to market conditions

Expert Advisors and other automated systems may open, modify or close trades quickly. Leverage, margin, volatility, gaps, slippage, spreads, commissions, swaps, rejected orders, partial fills and changing market conditions can materially affect trading outcomes.

4. Broker and execution differences

The same software can behave differently across brokers, account types, symbols, contract specifications, price feeds, execution models, spreads, trading hours and server conditions. A result observed on one account should not be assumed to repeat on another account.

5. Technology risk

VPS outages, internet failures, device crashes, platform updates, incorrect settings, symbol mismatches, licensing interruptions, software defects, broker-side changes and other technical failures can affect operation. Risk controls may fail or behave differently from what you expect.

6. Performance is not guaranteed

No profit, income, return, win rate, recovery period, drawdown limit, maximum loss, trade frequency or continued operation is guaranteed. Past, demo, back-tested, modelled, simulated or hypothetical results do not reliably predict future live performance.

7. Testing and supervision

Customers should understand the software before live use, test it on a demo account where appropriate, review broker settings, monitor margin and exposure, and supervise live operation. Use a risk level and account exposure that you understand and are prepared to accept.

8. Customer decision

You remain responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your objectives, experience, broker, account size and risk tolerance. Purchasing software does not transfer responsibility for trading decisions or outcomes to NEXAALGOBOTS.COM.
