Referral Program Terms.

1. Program access

A person may create a referral link without first creating a NEXA customer account by verifying an email address and accepting these terms. The referral profile and accrued balance remain associated with that verified email. A guest may verify the same email again later to regain access.

A NEXA account becomes required when a referrer seeks withdrawal after reaching the applicable minimum threshold. The account must use and verify the same email address used for the referral profile so the existing referral link and balance can be linked to that account.

2. Qualifying referrals and attribution

A referral may qualify when a customer follows a valid NEXA referral link, purchases an eligible NEXA software licence, and the order is subsequently approved by NEXA. When a referred visitor allows optional referral attribution, the current browser attribution period is 30 days from that valid referral-link visit.

Clicks, registrations, broker deposits, trading activity, lots, investment performance or unapproved orders do not create a referral reward. There is no stated cap on the number of genuine qualifying referrals, subject to these terms and anti-abuse controls.

3. Referral reward

Referral commission rates are determined by NEXA and communicated individually upon request. Contact Support to ask about the applicable terms. Commissions relate solely to qualifying approved software licence sales; no fixed rate is advertised or promised on this website.

A recorded reward may remain pending until administrative review. NEXA may withhold or reverse a reward if the underlying order is revoked, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred or otherwise ineligible.

4. Balance and withdrawal threshold

The current minimum withdrawal threshold is 100 USDT in available qualifying referral rewards. A balance below that threshold continues to accumulate. NEXA does not currently impose a routine expiry date on an otherwise valid referral balance, although ineligible rewards may still be reversed under these terms.

Reaching the threshold does not mean a payment has already been approved or sent. A referrer must have a verified NEXA account linked to the same referral email and complete NEXA's administrative verification and settlement process.

5. Required disclosure

Referrers must clearly disclose their commercial relationship whenever sharing a referral link. A suitable disclosure is: “I may receive a referral commission if you purchase a NEXA product through this link.”

6. Prohibited promotion

Referrers must not guarantee profit, returns, win rates, income, recovery or protection from loss; claim to be a financial adviser, broker, investment manager or authorised NEXA financial representative; accept or manage customer trading funds; provide personalised investment advice on behalf of NEXA; make false or misleading product claims; use spam, impersonation, fake accounts or self-referrals; or describe referral compensation as trading or investment income.

7. Independent promotion

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, brokerage authority or authority to bind NEXA. A referrer promotes NEXA software independently and is responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, tax and other laws that apply to that referrer's activity and location.

8. Suspension and changes

NEXA may suspend a referral profile or withhold or reverse an ineligible reward where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse, chargeback or refund handling, misleading promotion, legal compliance or breach of these terms. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Software-only role

NEXA provides software licences for self-directed users. The referral program does not involve receiving trading capital, managing brokerage accounts, arranging investments or promising financial outcomes. Trading and automated trading involve risk.
