Account-linked technical diagnostics for licensed bots
When enabled for a compatible licensed NEXA bot, technical diagnostics may transmit the MT5 account number, broker name and server, currency, leverage, product and terminal role, order-execution events, spread and slippage measurements, and account balance, equity and free-margin snapshots to NEXA for licence security, software diagnostics, support and investigation of technical incidents. We do not require broker passwords, place trades through this reporting service, or guarantee uninterrupted reporting. Existing licences and software releases may have different diagnostic capabilities. See the Privacy policy for safeguards and retention.
1. What you are buying
A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the selected compiled software build and any included customer materials for your own permitted use. Ownership of the software, source code, trademarks and other intellectual property does not pass to you.
The licence term, account limit, product version, price and any product-specific restrictions shown before checkout form part of your order. Monthly licences do not renew automatically unless a separate renewal is expressly offered and approved.
2. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licence controls, tamper with access restrictions or use the software in a way that infringes another person's rights, except to the extent applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that the software, payment method and intended use are permitted by your broker, platform provider, payment provider and the laws that apply to you. You are also responsible for your own MT5 installation, VPS or device, broker settings, symbol configuration, leverage, margin and supervision of any live use.
Never send us a brokerage password, wallet private key, seed phrase or remote-access credential. Support may ask for non-secret technical information that is reasonably necessary to diagnose a problem.
4. Orders, payment and approval
An order is not treated as approved merely because payment has been initiated or a transaction reference has been submitted. We may review payment receipt, amount, network, recipient, product availability and eligibility before delivery. Orders that cannot lawfully or properly be fulfilled may be declined and handled under our Refunds & Delivery Policy.
5. Delivery and licence access
Approved products are delivered through the private customer access flow or another stated delivery method. Where online licensing is used, the program may periodically validate licence status, expiry and the approved activation. Access may stop when a time-limited licence expires.
6. No trading or performance promise
We do not promise profit, income, win rate, recovery, drawdown limit, maximum loss, trade frequency, compatibility with every broker or uninterrupted operation. Trading results depend on market conditions, broker execution, settings, leverage, spreads, latency and many other factors outside our control. The separate Risk Disclosure applies to every product and use of the website.
7. Custom-development agreements
A custom-project request is not itself an order or payment obligation. Before custom development begins, the parties should agree a written project quote identifying the scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, estimated delivery window, included revisions, change-request rules, payment terms and refund terms. Acceptance applies to the specific quote version shown in the private project portal.
Material requirements added or changed after acceptance may require a revised quote and timeline. Estimated delivery dates are not unconditional guarantees where delay results from client changes, third-party services, broker-specific conditions, unavailable dependencies or technical issues discovered during development.
8. Third-party services
Brokers, MetaTrader, hosting providers, payment networks, market-data services and other third parties are independent from NEXAALGOBOTS.COM. We are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, execution quality, outages, policy changes or other acts and omissions.
9. Suspension and protection of the service
We may suspend or restrict software delivery or licence access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, security abuse, licence misuse, sanctions or legal obligations. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you.
10. Changes and mandatory rights
We may update these terms for future transactions when our services or legal requirements change. The version presented at the time of your order applies to that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Contact
