Licensed MT5 bot diagnostics
For compatible bot versions, NEXA may receive licence-linked operational information: MT5 account identifier, broker and server name, account currency and leverage, product and terminal role, trade-execution diagnostic events, spread, slippage and result codes, and account balance, equity and free-margin snapshots. These data are used for account activation verification, technical support, performance diagnostics, incident response and service security; they are not a trading signal or a promise of performance. The service does not require brokerage passwords. Reporting may be unavailable when MT5 is offline, the website URL is not permitted, or a service is disabled.
Access to received diagnostics is restricted to authorised operational staff. We intend to retain event-level diagnostic records for no more than 90 days unless a shorter deletion request can be honoured or longer retention is required by law or an active security or contractual dispute. Older purchases do not retrospectively authorise new remote reporting; server collection must remain disabled until the applicable notice and acceptance requirements are met.
1. Information we collect
We may process information you provide during checkout, account access or support, including your name, email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number, declared country, order details, transaction reference, receipt or payment evidence, consent records and support messages. We may also receive technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, referral source and approximate location derived from IP when needed for security, regional checks or optional analytics.
2. Why we use it
We use personal information to process orders, review payment and eligibility, deliver software, maintain licence access, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep accounting and compliance records, and protect the security of the website and customer downloads. Where enabled, email, SMS or WhatsApp may also be used to send one-time access codes and essential service messages about an order or licence.
3. Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the website, store order data, host files, provide authentication, send email or messaging codes, process support or uploaded content, protect forms from automated abuse and display market information. These providers process only the information needed for their role and may process data in countries different from yours. When an authorised primary owner investigates a retained analytics session, the retained IP address may be submitted to IPLogs for advisory network intelligence such as VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting/datacenter, ASN/ISP and risk classification. These classifications are treated as signals rather than proof of a visitor's physical location, identity or conduct.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
NEXAALGOBOTS.COM uses essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, remembering privacy choices and functions you explicitly request. Optional first-party analytics and optional referral attribution remain off until you choose to allow them. Live market charts, news and events are available independently and may connect your browser to their third-party data provider. When analytics is allowed, NEXA may record public page visits, random one-way-hashed visitor/session identifiers, entry page, external referrer, approximate country/region/city, device type, browser, operating system and the request IP address. If you are signed in, the analytics session may also be associated with your NEXA user ID. Raw IP address and raw user-agent details are cleared after 30 days; visitor-session and pageview analytics are removed after 90 days. Sensitive administration, token-bearing portal, account, profile, support, login and password-recovery routes are excluded from this visitor analytics. See the Cookie & Tracking Policy for current controls.
5. Payment information
NEXAALGOBOTS.COM does not ask for or store your wallet private key, seed phrase, banking password or brokerage password. Transaction IDs, receipt images and payment metadata may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment review, accounting, fraud prevention or disputes.
6. Retention
Different records have different retention needs. Optional visitor analytics follows the shorter 30-day raw technical-data and 90-day analytics periods described above. Order, payment, contact, licence, support, referral, accounting, security and dispute records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, security, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised where practical and lawful.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect customer information. One-time verification codes are intended only for the person receiving them and should never be shared. No online system is completely secure, so customers should avoid sending secrets, private keys, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through support channels.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or other privacy-related action. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that the law requires us to keep.
9. Marketing
We do not treat order contact details as permission for unrelated marketing. Advertising or behavioural-marketing trackers are not currently enabled through the NEXA consent system. If a materially new tracking or marketing purpose is introduced, the relevant notice and consent controls will be updated rather than treating an older choice as permission for the new purpose.
10. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@nexaalgobots.com.
