From purchase to first demo run.
A practical onboarding path for NEXA customer packages. Your supplied product guide remains the final reference for product-specific settings.
Open your order portal
Use the private link sent after purchase or recover the order from Order & downloads using the checkout email.
Download the customer package
Use the secure download button while your licence is active. File-transfer links are short-lived for security.
Install in MetaTrader 5
Copy the supplied EA or utility files into the correct MT5 data-folder location, then restart or refresh the Navigator.
Allow the NEXA licence endpoint
In MT5, open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and allow WebRequest for the official NEXA site URL stated in your customer guide.
Enter your licence key
Attach the software to the intended chart/account and enter the private licence key shown in your order portal when the product requires one.
Load the correct preset
Use only the supplied preset intended for your product/account context. Review every input before enabling automated trading.
Test on demo first
Confirm symbol naming, spread, execution, sizing, permissions and expected behaviour on a demo account before considering live use.
Supervise operation
Automated trading still requires monitoring. Connectivity, broker execution, spreads, gaps, settings and market conditions can affect behaviour.
Licence not validating?
Check internet access, the exact licence key, approved account/server where applicable, MT5 WebRequest permission and whether the licence is active.
EA not trading?
Confirm Algo Trading is enabled, symbol and timeframe match the product guide, market conditions satisfy the strategy, and there are no Experts/Journal errors.
Need human help?
Keep your order reference, product name, MT5 version and a screenshot of the technical error ready. Remove unnecessary account numbers or secrets.
Open support ↗Demo first. Understand the settings.
No preset, stop mechanism, recovery logic or automation can eliminate trading risk. Broker conditions, leverage, spreads, slippage, gaps and market moves can produce losses, including loss of all capital.
