What you purchase
A non-exclusive, non-transferable software licence for the selected plan for your own use. This purchase does not transfer intellectual property, promise future releases or enrol you in automatic renewal. You may not resell or redistribute files except where applicable law permits. Product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase.
Payment approval and availability of the purchased build are required before delivery. Download access lasts seven days from the later of approval and release. Where online licensing is stated for the product, the compiled program periodically validates its status, expiry and approved MT5 activation. Monthly access stops after expiry unless a renewal payment is separately approved. Payment currency and amount appear before transfer. Any seller-collected taxes must be included in the configured price; network charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Software-only role; no advice or fund management
We provide general-purpose automation software for self-directed users. We are not your broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, custodian or account operator. We do not accept deposits for trading, hold customer trading funds, select trades for a customer, exercise discretion over an account, promise to recover losses or guarantee any trading outcome. Your brokerage or exchange account remains with your chosen independent provider and under your control.
Product descriptions, settings, examples, educational material, market prices, support messages and automated outputs are general information, not personalised recommendations. You are solely responsible for deciding whether the software is suitable, choosing and reviewing settings, supervising its operation and deciding whether to activate, pause or remove it.
Trading, automation & performance risk
Automated trading is high risk. An algorithm can behave differently between brokers, account types, symbols, price feeds and market conditions. Leverage, margin, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, gaps, rejected orders, partial fills, latency, disconnections, incorrect settings, platform changes and software, VPS, device, network or broker failures can cause rapid and substantial losses, margin calls or loss of all capital. Risk controls can fail and cannot eliminate risk. Test on a demo account, use capital you can afford to lose and supervise any live operation.
No profit, income, return, win rate, recovery period, drawdown, maximum loss, trade frequency or continued operation is promised. Past, demo, back-tested, modelled, simulated or hypothetical results are not reliable indicators of future results and may omit execution conditions, costs or risks experienced in live trading. No statement should be understood as a promise that a loss can be prevented or recovered.
Eligibility & payment review
Sales are subject to the seller’s reviewed country and payment-method policy. IP location is approximate. Your declaration and checkbox do not replace required sanctions screening or regulatory review. Do not use another location or payment method to bypass restrictions. Ineligible orders may be declined with a lawful refund arrangement, subject to mandatory requirements.
You are responsible for confirming that purchasing, receiving and using the software—and the selected payment method—are permitted by your broker, payment provider, residence and current location. A country being listed, a payment instruction being displayed or a payment being technically possible does not establish legal or regulatory eligibility.
Receipt text matching is an administrative aid. An administrator must check actual funds, amount, recipient, network and unique reference. Never send a wallet private key, seed phrase or trading password.
Third-party services and market information
Brokers, exchanges, MetaTrader, hosting providers, payment networks and market-data providers are independent third parties. Their availability, execution, prices, security and continued service are outside our control. Displayed market information may be delayed, incomplete or different from your broker’s feed and must not be used as the sole basis for a trading decision. Showing a third-party name or service does not imply endorsement, partnership or a guarantee.
Delivery, cancellations & refunds
Contact support with your order reference for duplicate payments, download problems, defective files or delayed releases. If a paid order cannot lawfully be fulfilled or its build cannot be supplied, request a refund or agree a revised delivery date. Refunds must use a lawful, verified route. Mandatory digital-content, conformity, cancellation and remedy rights are preserved; no blanket “no refunds” rule applies.
Requesting digital delivery does not automatically waive statutory withdrawal rights. Any jurisdiction requiring separate consent, acknowledgment and confirmation before loss of a withdrawal right must be handled through a reviewed local process.
Privacy & international processing
We process name, email, contact number, declared and detected country, payment reference, receipt, order and consent records for purchase administration, payment and eligibility review, software delivery, fraud prevention and support. Depending on location, legal bases may include contract performance, legal obligations and proportionate legitimate interests. Your contact number may be used for SMS or WhatsApp verification only where the relevant channel is enabled and you choose it.
Supabase stores data and files; the hosting provider processes requests; Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated abuse; OpenAI processes receipt images and support messages; TradingView supplies the optional market display; and the email provider delivers order messages. These providers may receive technical request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps. US and overseas administrators may access order data for operations. Optional location detection contacts ipapi.co only when selected. Required international transfer mechanisms must be established for applicable locations.
Order and accounting records are retained as required by applicable law. Receipts and encrypted email payloads should be removed when no longer needed for reconciliation, disputes or lawful retention. Before opening sales, the seller must set and operate a documented retention schedule. Contact support to request applicable access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights. Necessary administrator authentication and security cookies are used. No advertising tracking is installed.
Mandatory rights and limits
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other matters that applicable law does not permit a seller to disclaim. These disclosures explain risk; they do not create regulatory approval, replace required licences or override mandatory law.
